Short-Form Video Growth Lead (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Remote
- Freelance
- $1,000 – $2,000 per month
We're looking for someone who can take our short-form presence from zero to momentum.
This role is focused on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
You won’t just edit videos. You’ll build a repeatable format and grow the channels around it.
The Type of Content We Want to Create
We want to use simple, repeatable meme-style templates, like the ones below:
It’s clean, minimal, easy to replicate, and trend-adaptable. The goal is not cinematic production. The goal is high-volume, repeatable, scroll-stopping content.
If you understand how meme formats evolve and how to ride trends without looking outdated, this will feel natural to you.
What You’ll Do
- Develop a short-form content strategy
- Turn meme-style templates into scalable series
- Produce and publish consistently across platforms
- Adapt trends to the AI companionship niche
- Analyze retention, hooks, and performance
- Iterate fast
This role requires independence. There’s no daily script pipeline waiting for you. You’ll test, learn, and refine - all by yourself.
Who This Is For
You:
- Understand short-form algorithm dynamics
- Know why some videos hook in 1.5 seconds and others die
- Can reuse a format without making it feel stale
- Are comfortable working alone
- Don’t need constant feedback to move forward
You see trends early, not late. You understand meme language. You know how to turn simple visuals into engagement.
What Success Looks Like
- Clear, repeatable video format within 30 days
- Consistent publishing cadence
- Growing views and engagement
- At least one breakout video within the first 90 days
Remote + Flexible
Fully remote. Flexible schedule. Output and growth matter.
If you understand internet culture, short-form psychology, and how to scale simple templates into attention, we’d like to hear from you.
