Twitter Content & Growth Strategist (Remote)

We're looking for a Twitter Content & Growth Strategist to build and grow our Twitter presence from zero.

This isn’t a “schedule posts and disappear” role. You’ll create the strategy, write the content, and drive growth.

We’re in the world of AI girlfriends, AI companionship, and emotional AI. It’s a fast-moving space where tech, psychology, and culture collide.

You should genuinely enjoy following (and thinking about):

• AI relationships and digital companionship
• Why people use these apps (and what they get out of them)
• How the industry is evolving
• Where the conversations are heading next

If this topic feels awkward, boring, or “not your thing,” this role won’t be a good match.

What you’ll do

You’ll take a brand-new account and turn it into something people actually want to follow. That means:

• Build a clear content strategy from scratch
• Define our voice and positioning
• Write and publish consistently (threads, takes, insights, short posts)
• Join conversations in the niche (founders, users, creators)
• Test formats, learn quickly, double down on what works
• Grow the account organically over time

Who you are

You’re:

• Proactive and self-directed
• Comfortable working alone, without hand-holding
• Good at turning messy ideas into clean posts
• Interested in growth, but not obsessed with gimmicks
• Consistent enough to show up and ship

You don’t wait for instructions. You build a system and run it.

• A clear voice and content direction in the first month
• A steady publishing rhythm
• Meaningful engagement from the right audience
• Consistent follower growth
